Mike Case
Mike worked for several ‘blue chip’ recruitment companies for more than ten years before setting up Red Top in 2002. He has a MSc in Business Systems and Design from City University. After University he worked in a large Systems House before starting his career within recruitment. His career has ranged from ‘coalface’ recruitment, implementing Managed Service Recruitment Programs to managing multi-site teams spread across different countries and cultures. He has worked with hundreds of clients and candidates and now has an invaluable network of contacts.
He lived and worked in London for many years before relocating to Hampshire with his family. Outside of work he loves watching and playing sport, walking the dog (called Sprout) and occasionally takes on cycling challenges.
He is often described as ‘practical’ and ‘down to earth’ with a ‘ready sense of humour’.

Mike has also spoken at BCS, Royal Holloway and Westminster Universities about careers in IT Security.
